Very helpful staff - I took back a shirt to exchange for a larger size and although there wasn't one in the store - the assistant ordered me one to be sent to my home.

I bought a pair of sandals last April…
I bought a pair of sandals last April for the summer , I wore them 3 months and both soles cracked. As I've relocated to US I was only able to return them end of October but I had the receipt. I was told because I had worn them everyday that's why this had happened & I was over the 6 month policy . I was extremely disappointed with the service & seems extremely unfair to treat regular customers in this way . As I left both the manager & the colleague laughed , I went back to ask why & the manager said she was just checking her colleague was ok. I found them extremely unprofessional & will never shop there again & will be telling all my friends& family !

I had to return a bag, nothing wrong with it, in fact I liked it but it was a backpack and not a comfortable fit.

Returning a sale item yesterday the…
Returning a sale item yesterday the edinburgh shop manager refused to provide a voucher, saying it was exchange or nothing. Item was in original packaging and no issues with it. I explained I'd travelled in just to return the item and understood I wouldn't get a refund because it was a sale item, but I didn't want to be forced in to making an exchange there and then. She said it was totally at her discretion at that particular time to NOT give a voucher (smiling while she said it). I live chatted online with FF while in the shop and explained the situation, and they offered me a full refund if I posted the item back. Which i have now done. Poor attitude by the manager and extremely poor customer service. Not only have you lost a lot of good will, you've now also lost FF the money. Totally unnecessary.

I'm really sorry to hear that you have had an unsatisfactory experience in one of our stores. If an item has passed the 15-day return period, any in-store returns would be at the manager's discretion.
I can see that you spoke to one of my colleagues on Live Chat and he has offered a refund upon return of the item as a gesture of goodwill, as the return of an item past the 15-day sale period is not something we'd usually offer.
However I'll be sure to pass your feedback on to the store and area manager to take into future consideration.

I made a mistake with my order, but it got sorted very easily the team in Edinburgh. George Street branch were super helpful .

Online order, free delivery for pick up at shop.
Have ordered from Fatface a few times now. Fast delivery to shop for pickup and delivery is free. Will continue to order online to get size I want if not available in shop. Would recommend.
