The Ipswich staff are always so helpful and friendly. I love the quality of Fat Face clothing, especially the coats. The fact that I can find clothes that are not made in China is a real plus and will keep me buying from Fat Face in the future.

A happy customer
Michaela and Hayley were very helpful-finding me extra dresses to try on from the ‘last chance’ rack and getting me different sizes of jumpers and skirts to compare the fit. I bought a skirt, jumper and a dress and love them all!

Very helpful staff (asked names as so helpful, Michaela and Jess), initially in getting the boots that I wanted but further suggesting that there was a half size in that boot (once they realised my wife seemed to find 7 too big and 6 too small), fitted absolutely perfectly, above and beyond!
