I visited the shop in Ipswich having seen the sale sign on the door. Ended up spending loads, as the quality was so lovely and prices good with the reductions.
The staff are very friendly. The manager was professional but also fun and cheeky, encouraging me to treat myself. I love my bargains!

What lovely staff
What lovely staff, Bridget and Jess were so helpful in trying to replace a broken belt. Unfortunately they did not have a large in stock. But great customer service and friendly people. Amazing thank you 😊

Friendly and helpful.
Friendly helpful staff who had good product knowledge and were very genuine in their efforts to help with a quality issue over a pair of trainers we had purchased.

I wanted another item that I already had brought in the Ipswich shop so I went back In and asked the lady who had previously sold me some things earlier and she was extremely helpful and had a look on line and told me exactly what to do to order on line
