Great customer service
I went into Fatface in Kenmare . I was served by Triona and another really lovely lady. They went way over and above with the attention and friendliness they gave me. I was looking to match a dress and I was given several options. They really reminded me of what true personal service is about , it is alive and kicking in Kenmare

Popped into Fatface Kenmare today with my pal oh my god were we glad we did ! There was a terrific sale and Lucy & liz went out of their way to help us find the sizes we needed on their website and organised for our order to be sent to our homes ! We didn’t know our eircode and nothing was a bother they helped us in every way possible we were thrilled with our purchases so thank you soo much ! We’ll be back 🌸

Good range- great sale and really helpful staff.
Spoke to Sarah but- also to all other staff- Very high standard of service. Great product knowledge but right balance between pushy and informative.

Great service
Very helpful store assistant in Kenmare, Co. Kerry. Ordered long length online as not available I. Store. Received my denims in 2 days, no hassle. Fit perfectly. Will definitely shop with Fat Face online again.

Great staff, great clothes for men and women
Great staff, lovely selection of clothes, carefully displayed. The only shop my partner will choose to visit to buy clothes.

The shop in Kenmare is lovely. Well laid out, beautiful and plentiful stock and the 2 ladies in attendance were fabulous!...friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable without being too 'in your face'. I'll be back.

The customer not right in kenmare
I went to buy purse in Kenmare Ireland the purse was marked down to €28. When I went to the till Lucy said someone made a mistake and it’s actually €77. She said as long as she informed me prior to purchase they could sell at full price. I sure she’s wrong but buyer beware and I will never buy here again

Fast delivery and no import charges otherwise I would not purchase from a UK site. Very pleased with my purchase as it was put of stock in an Irish shop.
