Absolutely love this store
Absolutely love this store. Beautiful clothes that are reasonably prices,considering the quality. Never any problems returning items. The staff are always unfailingly friendly professional and helpful. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Returned a dress. Absolutely lovely service, no problems at all. The lady was so polite and lovely. I love this store. Wish I lived closer to it.

Great staff - so helpful !!
Popped into FatFace Kenmare today & picked up 2 lovely summer cotton shorts. Absolutely fab service from the two lovely girls there in the store today..could not have been more helpful !!
I only really needed 1 pair of shorts but left with two 😂 good sales people !!

I'd give ten stars if I could.
As usual, the service was outstanding. I have bought a few items and the blue light discount was applied hassle free. I also returned some items I have bought online. Even though it looked like the refund cannot be done in store due to paypal being the payment method, Lucy assured me that the issue will be sorted. She gave me all information before contacting customer support. She even called me a little while later to give me an update. Lucy was exceptionally friendly and really made my experience a fantastic one. I recently discovered Fatface and am addicted. And I don't know how you are doing it, but every time I walk out of your Kenmare or Kinsale stores I am smiling like a happy bunny. Never have I ever experienced any member of staff that was not helpful, honest and friendly. Thank you!

Kenmare Store
Visited the Store in Kenmare Co Kerry and very impressed with the men's clothing section. Lovely layout to the store with fine large changing rooms. Enjoyed the whole experience and walked out with a fantastic short sleeve shirt. Great assistance from the store representative. Will definitely visit again next time in town. One issue re the sales receipt address: Kenmare is not in the United Kingdom as per the receipt...
