Failure to deliver on time
Delay in delivery to store which is an issue if you live 1 hour from store and plan shopping around the collection time selected. If selected times cannot be honoured then perhaps the management plan needs to be addressed.

Friendly fat face staff
I went into the Ludlow fatface this morning looking for Christmas pyjamas
I was greeted by a lovely young lady called Kay who was extremely helpful
Very happy to help me and advise me with sizes ect

For my Wife's Birthday
For my Wife's Birthday, I chose your super Caitlin Tunic blouse, with a lovely Autumn leaf patterns and colour and lovely little buttons. A super relaxed, casual top with 3/4 length pleated sleeves it was on your marvelous offer. It suits her green eyes perfectly. We had a lovely evening meal celebrating her Birthday. I must say she looked even more beautiful in your blouse, if that is at all possible. 67 years young.

Easy to order and very easy to pick up at my local store, staff so nice and friendly and helpful, although I would much rather go and buy directly from the store, but they didn’t have what I wanted at the time.

Kayla saves the day

I bought some flippy shorts in the sale , I had to contact customer services for slight a problem that happened in store with a payment & they were helpful. The staff in the Ludlow store were very helpful as always.

We had a wonderful experience in Ludlow store while visiting recently. The staff, in particular Kayla & Nat, were so welcoming & friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. I will definitely be using the store again.

Ludlow Fatface is great to shop in. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, I asked for some help with jeans and the girls were great and knew all about the product. I will continue to shop in this store, it’s a delight.

Bit sad but only because I didn’t receive a confirmation email.i had one however asking for a review and rang the store and they kindly confirmed it was ready.Not a huge problem in fact.Staff lovely as ever.
