Quick delivery to store, staff were friendly on collection (as usual), the jumper looks like it’s great quality with long sleeves, for extra coziness. Haven’t had the chance to wear it yet.

Clothes are awesome and still good…
Clothes are awesome and still good quality. Buying online and having delivered to store, you need a crystal ball. No confirmation email and no email to say clothes were at the store of choice. Turned up on spec to see if they were there, and they were. Not sure what is going with their email system. Anyway don’t let that put you off because FatFace clothes always have been good quality and last a long time. Also store staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you.

Great styled clothes and customer service.
Great clothes, styles which are a nice quality and customer support is spot on. I click and collect which is great because if the items are unsuitable they can be left at the shop and refunded.

Worth the journey
Takes me over an hour to get to this quaint shop but always worth the visit even just to drool over the lovely clothes displayed so beautifully.
Collected a dress ordered online at sale price and am over the moon with. Staff are so welcoming and helpful.

Super Fast Click and Collect Service
As the title states, super fast click and collect service. I order goods from another retailer at the same time for home delivery and it was a farse. I'll recommend click and collect with Fat Face every time

Very friendly and helpful staff
I’d arranged for my order to be delivered at the shop in Nottingham so I could try it on. Staff were very helpful. I am very pleased with my purchase. If it was the wrong size, I was able to leave it at the shop to be sent back, however I didn’t need that option.

Lovely new clothes for summer…
I’ve had a few new items of clothing recently, well made, lovely fabric and fits me really well. I’m only 5foot tall so it can be difficult to get clothes to fit well.
