Chose click and collect was advised it would be 5 to 7 days delivery, fine I thought not in a hurry need item in a couple of weeks time. Parcel arrived at my local store within 48 hours. Excellent service.

The staff and the store manager, in particular were very helpful in arranging a return of a garment, finding the correct size and ordering a replacement to be delivered to my home.

Excellent customer service
I had to return an item. I took it to the store in Peebles and the assistant explained that she couldn't accept it because I paid via PayPal. However, she wrapped my item up, applied the postal label and directed me to the nearby Post Office. Excellent customer service. Please pass on my thanks.

Fat Face in Peebles
Fat Face in Peebles is well worth a visit. The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile! Dog friendly too! Good selection of quality clothes at competitive prices. I will be back.

A proper friendly shopping experience
It's always a pleasure to shop here tge staff are super friendly and surprisingly rambert you from previous visits. Live in walking distance of edinburgh shop but would rather travel to peebles for that personal touch so sadly lacking in larger city stores.
