Fit is spot on, great jeans !
I found the sizing really good and consistent. I tried on items I would never normally try due to confidence in the fit. Brilliant advice from the lady in the shop too.

Perfect Peebles
Ordered shoes online to be delivered to Fatface Peebles, they arrived at the shop before I expected which was much appreciated. Tried the shoes on the shop and unfortunately they were on the small side so asked the assistant if I could return them and she was absolutely brilliant! Nothing was trouble for her and I left the shop extremely impressed. Don't know the assistants name but she has impressive multi coloured hair. If only all shops were as helpful.

Lovely friendly store
Lovely ladies,nothing too much trouble.Store was well stocked and had everything I was looking for. The ladies even stored my purchases whilst I carried on shopping around Peebles. Wonderful customer service.

Great experience!
This was the first time I had used click and collect. The staff in my local store were great. I called in before I got notification of my delivery on the ‘off chance’. They explained how the whole thing worked and what would occur if I didn’t collect. All very useful to know.

Jane and Rebecca were just amazing and made my husband and I's visit to the shop very welcoming and pleasant. We had young children with us and they even made their visit fun and inclusive. i popped into my local Fatface shop in Peebles Scottish Borders yesterday to enquire if they stocked a purse i was after they didn’t have any left but Jane McGarry and other staff members suggested i should enquire about checking John Lewis or Next as they may have the purse i wished to buy!! excellent service as low and behold Next had one! so it’s ordered am delighted i have found one!! it’s in the post very impressed with Peebles Fatface staff!! i certainly will be shopping here again!!

Christmas music in October?
Great shop with happy, friendly staff. However I was amazed that there was Christmas music playing throughout the shop and it's only October. I pity the staff being forced to listen to this inane drivel every day until Christmas Eve. Give them and the customers a break.
