Christmas shopping in store
We were Christmas shopping in the Rushden store and helped by Ash. She made product recommendations and helped us locate clothes within the store. The whole store felt very welcoming and we were very happy with our shopping experience.

Very helpful staff
I went into the store at Ruston lakes looking for a jacket, Aimee went out of her way to look through the delivery that had just arrived and found what I wanted. The staff there are amazing. Thank you

Excellent customer service at this store. Christine served us and was extremely helpful when we queried weather there were different colours for some gents trousers. The experience at this store is second to none.

Returns and Purchases
Returned some trousers that were not long enough. Staff were lovely and processed a credit with ease. I also made some purchases whilst in store. Again swift and easy process. Love Fat Face clothing, wear well and look great at a reasonable cost.

Ordered a pair of chinos that were on sale on the website and picked them up at their store at Rushden Lakes I was advised to do this by a member of staff at their Milton Keynes store - the chinos fit perfectly and are also budget-friendly

Broken bag
I had a bag that was faulty and returned it having stupidly lost the receipt. The ladies at the til were so helpful and managed to find my transaction from my bank card details. I bought new bag and got the exchange money off. Amazing service from Christine and Emily at Rushden Lake store. Really impressed! Thanks so much.
