Returns and Purchases
Returned some trousers that were not long enough. Staff were lovely and processed a credit with ease. I also made some purchases whilst in store. Again swift and easy process. Love Fat Face clothing, wear well and look great at a reasonable cost.

Beautiful woollen tank top in a lovely rich olive green colour. It fits perfectly and I am just 5ft so great length. Can’t wait to wear it this weekend. Extremely happy with my purchase.

FatFace Chinos
Ordered a pair of chinos that were on sale on the website and picked them up at their store at Rushden Lakes I was advised to do this by a member of staff at their Milton Keynes store - the chinos fit perfectly and are also budget-friendly

Broken bag
I had a bag that was faulty and returned it having stupidly lost the receipt. The ladies at the til were so helpful and managed to find my transaction from my bank card details. I bought new bag and got the exchange money off. Amazing service from Christine and Emily at Rushden Lake store. Really impressed! Thanks so much.

I always seem to come back to Fat Face in rushden lakes. The service is always so good! Everyone is friendly from the moment you come in, Gabe and Chris are have help me find what I am after, from helping me choose what looks good. To sourcing the size I need. Thank you for your help ☺️

Outstanding service at Rushden Lakes
I have been looking for a Lowen field jacket size 16 for months! Couldn’t find one online, had looked in store and not seen any so wrote to customer services. Received a very nice reply with the advice to go in to a store. So I went to Rushden Lakes store, couldn’t see the jacket and decided to ask about availability. Aimee hadn’t heard of the jacket but looked online and said it looked as though they had 2 in their store. Off she went and after a few tense moments for me came back with the jacket ! To say I was over the moon is an understatement and the lovely thing was Aimee seemed as happy as me 😊 Her customer service was outstanding and with the other crew member behind the counter with her they made my shopping experience a real pleasure. Faultless service and 1 extremely happy customer. Moral is to always ask if you can’t see something on the shop floor and hope you get an Aimee to help you.
