FatFace - SOLIHULL 2 Avis 

Whenever I am in leaminghton or Solihull I always pop in the stores. I like their unique styles, staff is very friendly and helpful always go out of their way to help.The quality is very good.If the product is not in store,order in the store and delivery next day.My winter jumpers I buy all from fat face.

I visited the solihull store and was served by a young lady called Bella, what a super experience , this young lady assisted with empathy and engaged beautifully , a rare but fab retail experience , thank you Bella 😊

Great product, easy collection

The staff in my local store are unbelievably helpful
If I am shopping on my own they will offer honest advice about whatever I am buying

I didn't like the material the cover up for a swimming costume was made of, too thick.
The jeans were well made but were far too wide in the leg. Both items had to be returned.
However, the delivery service was excellent as were the staff in the shop in Solihull where I returned them.

Having ordered 6 sale items, I collected from Solihull store. The store looked great and the staff were warm, helpful and extremely patient with another customer who seemed to have forgotten the word ‘please’. All of the items ordered were high quality & value for money, only returned 2 as I hadn’t budgeted to keep it all!

Easy online ordering and chose local store for collection. We ordered a pack of two t shirts for my husband and this proved good value for money. Staff in store were helpful and found our parcel quickly.

Staff in the solihull store were super helpful - wish I knew name of specific assistant who helped me sort out several clothing items at the solihull store, size changes and seeing availability on line for sizes not in store

Just wished they’d let me know there was going to be 20% discount the next day!! 🙈

The excellent customer service provided by the store manager and staff at Fatface Solihull make it a pleasure to shop there. It's lovely to experience friendly and helpful staff where nothing is too much trouble for them.

I visited Solihull branch, the staff were very helpful! I purchased a pair of dungaree's & a summer ribbed top all in one trouser suit. Quality was excellent! Fat Face clothes are one of my favourite brands !

Helpful friendly staff despite busy shop

I probably shop in FatFace monthly and have spent a considerable amount of money there in the last few years.

I always enjoy the customer service of the shop and the relaxed feel. I know the staff are on hand if I need them and there’s always a frendly approach.

I collected my parcel from the Solihull store and found the overall experience disappointing. The staff didn’t come across as welcoming and seemed more engaged in their own conversations than attending to customers. The person who handed over my order had an air of unnecessary self-importance, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable.

I had ordered two pairs and needed to return one due to sizing. The staff member who processed the refund was somewhat better and did explain the procedure, but the service still felt reluctant, as though they were simply going through the motions. Overall, the level of customer service was lacking.

Great quality, good delivery and nice staff in the Solihull, Birmingham and Stratford stores. Would highly recommend. 👍🏼
