Please don't even think about shutting high street stores
Store colleagues were super helpful - working through which would be the best Christmas pyjamas for my (grown up) kids - and ordering online for delivery to my home for me.
This is service you just don't get online however good the products are.

lovely skirt
My order arrived quite quickly at the store and was easy to collect. I was really pleased when I tried it on. A lovely skirt and good value as reduced.

It's worth paying a little extra for quality and Fatface
clothing always washes very well.
I was kept well informed of delivery to the store and staff at store were very polite and helpful.

this company is one of the best clothes retailers on the high street. Shops are always immaculate , well laid out and has easy access to all merchandise. Staff in My 2 local stores are a great reflection on the company . They are always smart pleasant and polite, they dont pester you but they are there if needed.

Sales item!
I bought a cross body bag in the FatFace sale for almost half price. This was an excellent saving on a pretty, canvas summer bag which can hold basic essentials.
I had it delivered to store which saved p&p and it arrived for collection in a few days.
I am very happy with my purchase and the sale price.

Their best sale ever
I wanted a casual shirt for a holiday.
Great choice and I settled on a blue one. Just the shade I needed at the right price.
There was plenty to choose from and a reasonable selection of sizes.

Love FatFace
Love FatFace. Gorgeous clothes, boots, bags and accessories. Staff always friendly, stores are clean and nicely laid out.
Why only 4 stars? Simply the prices. Always been a little bit pricey but above plus points made that worth it. But recently I’ve been mortified by the prices. One dress I loved, long, summer, brown print dress, £90. I understand it’s eco and using green eco methods etc but sometimes the prices are just too much. The sales are good and make it more palatable but that’s only issue. Otherwise I love FatFace.
