In store better than on line
The assistant in store all very helpful, I ordered on line and was told to wait for an email to say the item was ready for collection, I didn’t receive an email.

All round positive experience
I ordered trousers online and they were delivered to my local store (Tenterden) in good time. I love the clothes so that's an easy one. The ordering process was easy. The store at Tenterden is always a great experience too. Staff are great and all round a positive experience.

Store pick up, very disappointing
I thought it would be easier for me to have my ordered and purchased items to be collected at my local store. How wrong was I. The order confirmation advised me that I would be sent an email when my items arrived at the store. Sadly no email and several calls, I was told that my items arrived at the store four days ago. Very, very disappointing indeed.

Great sale prices too- and it's so easy to do 'no quibble' returns -for when I've ordered multiple sizes on line. Quick delivery too. I love visiting my nearest shop when I can- but having had Long Covid- ordering on-line has been great for me.

Tenterden FatFace employee gets my vote!
I have been searching for a suitable summer "straw" bag for the summer and in particular for our late summer wedding anniversary holiday near Nice this September. It had to be three things
1. Copious but not cumbersome
2. Must have a zip fastener for security but still look casual
3. Value for money
FatFace had the very bag to match my needs. I telephoned the Tenterton store as our local Tunbridge Wells FatFace store were out of stock. The male sales assistant could not have been more helpful. He searched nearer stores for me to find this bag and searched physically in his shop (in case the computer had not updated since the last sale).
In the end to ensure I receive this he suggested I buy the bag on line and that it would be free and speedy delivery.
I thanked him. You are lucky to employ him and I wish I could remember his name.

New spring dress with freebies!
I bought a new spring dress from the Tenterden store. The staff were very helpful and the experience was a good one. I was even offered some free coffee bags at the till!
