Shop staff incredibly helpful.
Despite not being able to collect the item when I thought I could, the people in the Thame shop were very helpful when I rushed in there on Christmas Eve. A big thank you to the staff there.

Good customer service
I had to return some shorts to exchange for another size. Refund almost instant. Lovely colours this year and middling prices but would buy again.

Ordering online
I always find the staff in my local store helpful, approachable and welcoming.
I had been looking for a pyjama top for a couple of weeks, it was sold out online and at my local store. The assistant told me to wait and that it should come back in to stock online, which it did.
My only criticism was that I couldn't get it delivered to the shop and save on my postage. Other retail stores allow this facility.
