Great service in the Thame store
Great service in the Thame store, not so keen on the uneven rough edges on the item I bought though, didn’t notice how uneven they were until I got home

FatFace is an extremely good company to buy from - online or in store, returns are refunded quickly clothes are of a good quality, however please can we return paypal in store as most shops have upgraded returns systems and just go back on method of payment - otherwise no issues at all

The earrings were bent and broken…
The earrings were bent and broken because the packaging was thin, they should have been in a small box. I had to return for a refund.

Great customer service
Returned a dress and bought a gorgeous skirt. Dress lovely, but too short for me. Exchanging was no problem. Always very helpful people. And love my new very comfortable stylish skirt.
