Great service
I picked up my Click & Collect order from the Trafford Centre store where the service was very quick. I am really pleased with my sandals which I ordered at a sale price.

Amazing and enjoyable experience in store
It was easy to find the cardigan online in my size, although I would have preferred it to have been in stock in store as I don't like to do online shopping. I ordered it to pick up in store.
I was notified that the item had arrived after about 4 days.
I was able to try it on in an amazing
garden-themed changing room and establish that it fitted. It was a pleasure to look round the store, lovely choices of women's clothing. I loved the fitting rooms!

Lovely shop and clothes but disappointing staff who stand around talking and put 20%off tickets on the wrong items in the store.

Easy to order
Easy to order, arrived as promised, and wrapped nicely inside package instead of being literally thrown in.
My husband picked it up at the Trafford Centre, no problems. Lovely staff.

Beautiful denim jacket in a gorgeous shade of pink, I love it! It’s great quality and very flattering, I have had lots of compliments when I’ve worn it. Ordering process super simple and collection at my local store was very easy.

Holly was really friendly
Holly was really friendly. I really like fat face. Well made clothes.
Staff are friendly and great customer service. Just like it should be. I love having stuff that isn't the same as everyone else. The staff at the Trafford Centre always make me feel like they want me to come and I'm not a hassle like staff in other shops. I thought it would change when Fatface was bought over. It hasn't still great clothes and warm and welcoming staff.

I yearly receive pjs for christmas from my mum. Sadly, this years pair ripped within 3 months. Holly at the Trafford Centre was great and supported me with a refund/gift card so that I can buy some more when they next come out. Thanks Holly.
