Bella deserves big praise
I had a faulty water bottle and had not got a receipt. I had submitted my email to a temporary member of staff who is no longer there and she had mis-spelt my surname. The manager - Bella was amazing. She looked back through the till and found my transaction when I bought the bottle so that I could have a refund and then ordered me a replacement bottle to be delivered to my home. She was very apologetic and did everything she possibly could to ensure that I received fair and excellent service. It took her a while but her customer service was absolute

Excellent service from Witney Store
During the Christmas rush, I visited the Fatface branch in Witney to purchase some gifts for family members. I was warmly greeted by the staff and dealt with by a wonderfully friendly employee called Agnese - considering the intensity of the Christmas shopping spree, it was refreshing to come to such a welcoming store. The products were fantastic and greatly received. I would happily recommend their products and their store in Witney.
