I ordered from the webpage to collect in store. The web page was easy to use and my order was ready to collect within a couple of days. Inn the store the tram located my order quickly. The whole experience was painless!

As always Fat Face deliver excellent products and first class customer service. Their staff are always friendly and helpful and the young lady who dealt with my return today from an online purchase was exceptional in terms of efficency. I don't know if its down to staff training or luck with whom they employ but I've yet to have a bad experience with Fat Face staff - I find them street's above other retailers.

What’s the biggest store in…
What’s the biggest store in Worcestershire as ordering amd sizes are a pain especially when you want a jacket at £269 so would prefer to go where there’s more stock. Worcester high st is tiny any help please

I bought on line, spreading the cost but needed to exchange an item for a different size. Not straight forward ended up buying in the shop. Posted the the original as instructed. The service was first class.

This was my first online order from…
This was my first online order from Fat-face and i found it so easy. Went straight into Woman's Sale section and was able to just shop in my size which made it so easy. I never knew Fat Face went above a size 18 so was over the moon to see i could still find their lovely clothes in my size. Will be shopping online more often now.
