This product was fantastic will last for a long time, this is the second one i built after building our neighbors and buying one ourselves.

No hassle transaction, kept informed the whole process. Delivery was as expected, by a very pleasant driver, who was very helpful, placing the package in an area I could work from.
Item itself was as described, instructions were tricky as not much written in them! But once started it explained itself.
Quality is great and would highly recommend, however wait for a sale as they drop down in price considerably, which I wish I waited for!

the climbing frame we brought is a high quality climbing frame , and the grand children are playing on it every day. The best thing i have done buying it from Fatmoose.

This climbing frame is a must have if you’ve got the space. It’s used daily by my kids aged 5 & 12, my 8 year old nephew loves it too! It really is suitable for kids of all stages, good fun had by all!

Great product but is A bit difficult to construct, Would be good if the different woods were labelled ABC etc as they all look the same but are different lengths. Then when Instructions say get part A it is obvious. We had to measure the wood to see which ones were which letter and separate

I am giving my experience a 5 star review as the company has been bery responsive and has an english speaking customer service representative who was very helpful. I made the mistake of ordering the metal anchors and later realised i did not need them - I want the UK customers to know you will need to pay the import charges when you are returning any products. This was an additional cost i was not aware of and incurred. Please make sure you order what you need. Metal anchors are not really needed.
The product is very good quality and the kids love the new swingset!

What a fantastic purchase !
Having become grandparents 3 times over, we were looking for a climbing frame/swing/slide kit that we could build ourselves. Fatmoose products were recommended to us by a bespoke builder of such things and we haven't looked back.
There is a hugh selection on offer to suit all ages - both of kits and add-ons, The ordering process was straightforward and communication was good. The instructions were OK - especially when read in conjunction with some very helpful YouTube guides. We chose the Tika Taka Town XXL kit and my wife and I erected the frame and positioned it. We could easily have built the whole thing - but we carefully left enough for our sons-in-law to 'help' - which provided for a great summer afternoons enjoyment.
The grandchildren (age1.5 - 2) absolutely love the finished build - and make a beeline for it when they visit. We already have some lovely photos of them (and their parents) enjoying themselves on it and we look forward to many more 'adventures' over the coming years.
It has been great to watch the grandchildren playing on the structure and becoming more confident as they learn from each other.
Fun for 3 generations of the family and if - or should that be when - we decide to add to it, we now know where to go.

Brought this for my 8 grandchildren as a surprise , the screams of happiness and the look on their faces was worth every single penny. This present will last 10yrs and see them through all of their childhood and hopefully will give them beautiful memories of visiting Grandad.

Was wary after reading some reviews but my order and customer service was spot on. I ordered directly through Fatmoose and not wickey. Nothing missing and came in the time frame stated. I went for the FunnyFortress Free XXL and althought it was expensive it was well worth every penny. The kids loved it as a birthday present as now they basically have a park in the back garden! Would highly recommend the company and especially the funnyfortress XXL as it is strong wood and very sturdy and has everything a child could want to play with! Not normally a reviewer but after seeing the bad ones i thought i would show some appreciation for this company as it was well deserved. Not a one man build and would recommend getting a joiner to do it/help (thats what i did, luckily in the family) took around 8/10 hours to build in total (with professional help)

I ordered the Crazy coconut club Xxl.
The instructions are unclear in parts but you can get buy with the pictures. The wood is poor quality with poor finish. I had lots of deep splits that require screwing due to how deep they are. I used screw in anchors which do not work. I now have the angle ground anchors set in 500kg of concrete. It still flops about as it’s not braced and has one bolt fixings. Hundreds of pounds latter with extra wood and an additional 75 bolts and it’s ok but certainly not what I expected. I have been in contact with Fatmoose who have helped to some degree but dismiss the issue is with the product.My opinion is the product is not fit for purpose and certainly not strong enough for children much over 6 years without additional timbers and bolts.
