High additional fees
Watchout for the horrendous shipping fees.
We looked to buy a climbing frame as the prices looked great however BE AWARE there is a pile of hidden fees. Shipping was £220 then we needed anchors which were not included which was £150. Turns out looks are not deceiving and simply to good to be true

Great but watch for bad timber
We purchased one of the largest Fatmoose frames (FunnyFortress Free XXL with TowerSwing), and installed it in the garden in spring. Fatmoose was a recommendation from our neighbours who had a similar frame installed summer 2020.
Timing was quite quick between order and delivery, and once I'd worked out the instructions the whole frame went up fairly quickly. When they say it needs 2 people, this is not a recommendation. There are elements of the build that you cannot do alone (on this size at least).
The "roof" elements were quite tricky, and could do with a redesign. They were awkward to build, and fitting was straightforward but the finish is not as good as could be.
Our biggest disappointment thus far (and the reason for only 4 stars) is the quality of the timber used. Knotty, cracked and generally quite soft. Several pieces had to be replaced with alternatives after they broke in use where the large knots had made weak spots. I also liberally sprayed everything in a wood protector/waterproofer, as rain was pooling in some of the cracks.
If you use MiracleGro or LawnMagic (or similar products containing phosphor) note that this + kids wet shoes = black stains.
The swings are great, the little table built in under one of the towers is a cute idea and well executed. The bridges are a pain to put together, but work really well once done. Apart from the issues with the timber (which may have been a bad batch), we are really glad we purchased this for our kids. Quite a few friends have mentioned how much fun their own kids have had when coming to play.

We love our new climbing frame
We love our new climbing frame, the whole family can use it, adults included. The instructions were easy to use and it feels sturdy enough for the grown ups to use it too. We did have to add an additional rail to the sides to allow for some additional safety with the varying height if the children as the gap between the bridge and rail was too large. The accessories are of good quality and great design. Overall very happy.

Ordering was easy. Plenty of designs to pick from.
Delivery was as described and a date was picked for final delivery closer to the time.

Really good quality playing frame
Really good quality playing frame, a lots of choices and options. The quality of the wood and materials is very good, and they look excellent too - we opted not to paint ours and it still looks fantastic. Children ranging 4-8 play on this regularly and love it!

Fantastic tikitika playhouse and swings for the kids. Managed to put it up myself over the course of a weekend and we've added our own flickering lighting to give it the extra pop.

Good value and good quality
Good value and good quality. Very good customer support. I had a few missing pieces and some cracked pieces of wood and they were replaced straight away. It would get an extra star if it came with pre-drilled holes. Construction was a lengthy exercise.

No hassle transaction
No hassle transaction, kept informed the whole process. Delivery was as expected, by a very pleasant driver, who was very helpful, placing the package in an area I could work from.
Item itself was as described, instructions were tricky as not much written in them! But once started it explained itself.
Quality is great and would highly recommend, however wait for a sale as they drop down in price considerably, which I wish I waited for!

A must have!
This climbing frame is a must have if you’ve got the space. It’s used daily by my kids aged 5 & 12, my 8 year old nephew loves it too! It really is suitable for kids of all stages, good fun had by all!

Great product. Labelling will be very useful
Great product but is A bit difficult to construct, Would be good if the different woods were labelled ABC etc as they all look the same but are different lengths. Then when Instructions say get part A it is obvious. We had to measure the wood to see which ones were which letter and separate
