Good shopping experience so far - awaiting exciying delivery!

Surprised I've been asked to leave a review so early, just on the buying experience, but here it is: website easy to use and excellent range of products, 10 year guarantee seems great, just as long as they honour it!

Eager waiting now to find out delivery date so we can get sight of this gigantic climbing frame we've just bought the kids for their birthdays (and christmases!) for next few years!!

Don't bother ordering from Wickey / Fatmoose.Ordered andy paid for May 5th, It's been 9 weeks since I ordered and paid. It took 7+ weeks for a delivery to arrive. Discovered parts missing and only God knows when we’ll receive the full delivery, Wickey certainly don’t. They don’t tell you, they just say ‘currently being prepared for dispatch’ which from experience to date can be weeks. The quality of the parts we did receive is quite poor, irregular lengths of supposedly uniform parts, the end cuts aren’t clean and missing/wrong screw and screw caps . Save yourself the heartache and disappointed kids, shop elsewhere.

Easy to use the website. The selection of images of each product is amazing, really helped me choose what I was looking for.
Checkout was simple and a breeze. Really looking forward to delivery.

The dimensions picture could be clearer and the add to basket options hung on the first couple of tries. Also the extension modal does not save on refresh. But otherwise it was a smooth ordering experience.

Lots of information available on the website. Almost too many options to choose from!!!

Very easy to use. Additional accessories required easy to find.

The images, content and description are clear, the choice of accessories are numerous and the economics of the purchases are very attractive. Together with a helpful customer services to clarify any questions the checkout process feels welcoming and comfortable.
With a likely one off large purchase you can breathe a huge sigh of relief.

Poor instructions and materials, wood not fully sealed and protected and also many beams not cut straight!

The climbing frame we ordered is very high quality, all of the fixings (with enough spares) are included. Two wooden pieces were damaged on arrival (pallet was slightly broken. The customer service team reacted quickly and new panels were shipped instantly. The Instructions are moderate to follow, please note that the wood isn’t pre-drilled so some DIY knowledge is required. This is stated all over the website though. Delivery was quicker than anticipated which is great, under promise, over deliver! I would have preferred the vinyl to have been cut to shape but that’s a minor detail on what is a fantastic climbing frame. Our three year old loves it! Thanks Fatmoose!

I have been very impressed with the product. All of the pieces arrived, with nothing missing. It’s very good quality, and straight forward to put up.

The instructions for cutting the fabric could have done with more dimensions.

I had to buy a couple of extra lengths of wood to put along the bridge, as there was a large gap between the bottom handrail and the bridge, which a child could fall through.

The children love the climbing frame, and its looks great in our garden!
