No confirmation of receipt of order. UPDATE
Update. My mistake. I hold my hand up and apologise.
Looking forward to receiving my order.
I placed an order yesterday. I haven’t had a confirmation email of receipt of order which I was supposed to receive within a few minutes. There are no contact details other than an email address. So I emailed to check that my order has been received and will be processed. No reply.
I’d like to know if my order is going to be fulfilled. If it’s not then I will order elsewhere as it’s something I need quite quickly.

Pleased with price, product and delivery
I had never seen or known about this company before but I great to find it. I was looking for a good juicer and the Philips one for 1 l was costing the same as the one I purchased from here but the one for here is a 2l. It works fine and I am very pleased with the purchase.

Great value and service.
The fire was significantly cheaper than elsewhere, but I had never heard of this company, so was hesitant to part with my money. However, I read the reviews and felt encouraged, so placed an order. The delivery was ridiculously quick, communication was great,and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Brilliant price and service.

I was apprehensive about using the site at first. However it exceeded my expectations, the customer service was fantastic, they answered my enquiries instantly via email and the delivery of the product was extremely quick. Very happy with the product. Would definitely recommend!

Thought this was Costco, but not.
Therefore surmise it is counterfeit.
With regard to your reply coshos, can you therefore state below that the goods you sold are genuine Kirkland brand, which is owned and supplied by Costco?
