First class service

The measure of a good supplier is, if something goes wrong outside of their control, they deal with it promptly and professionally. Favros did exactly that.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this supplier for speed of delivery, communication and after sales service.

0 STARS.. Missing parts and awful customer service

The item I received from Favros arrived damaged, incomplete, and missing parts, meaning it could not be assembled and was not fit for purpose.
When I contacted the company, they insisted the item must be collected from my home during a full weekday collection window, requiring me to stay home all day. I explained that I work full-time Monday to Friday and travel long distances, so this would mean taking a day off work and losing a day’s pay.
I asked for reasonable alternatives such as a weekend collection, a shorter one-hour collection window so someone else could be present, or allowing the courier to collect the item from my porch, which is exactly where it was left during delivery. Every option was refused, and they insisted an adult had to be present all day.

Considering the item arrived faulty and incomplete, the company has placed obstacles at every opportunity to arrange a return. Expecting a customer to lose a day’s wages to return a faulty item is completely unreasonable and extremely poor customer service.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, sellers should resolve faulty goods without causing significant inconvenience to the consumer. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Favros.

When you reported that your item had arrived damaged, we responded the same day, apologised unreservedly, and immediately offered a free return collection at our cost and a full refund. At no point did we refuse your refund or dispute your claim.

Regarding the collection arrangement, we offered you complete flexibility to choose any weekday from 26th March onwards — giving you several days advance notice to make arrangements. A standard weekday collection window (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) is the universal industry standard for large freight items across all UK retailers and courier networks. No standard freight courier in the UK offers guaranteed 1-hour evening slots or Sunday collections for large item returns. This is a logistical reality, not a choice on our part.

Unfortunately, rather than selecting a weekday collection date, you ultimately requested to retain the damaged item at a significantly reduced price. As the item was reported as broken and missing components, we were unable to offer a partial refund on safety and quality grounds.

Our offer of a free return collection and a full refund remains open to you today, as it always has been.

We are committed to resolving this fairly and remain happy to assist should you wish to proceed.

Brilliant company to deal with

I hadn’t heard of this company before I placed my order so I was a bit concerned as to if my item would arrive, but I needn’t have worried because it arrived at lightning speed.
Because my husband ordered the same item without telling me,I had to return it.
The company couldn’t have been any more understanding and allowed me to return it without any fuss. I would definitely order from them again.
