I have to say that Gerald Stafford is truly an amazing man! He has a great training program that covers adult learning in great detail and clarity. He makes the concepts very easy to understand and relate to everyday life. I really appreciate that. But what really stands out Fourth Dimension Technologies and Gerald Stafford is he goes above and beyond for his students. I ran into issue after issue with Microsoft and Gerald Stafford was always there helping me overcome the obstacles, and even fighting for me using his resources and experience. He put me at ease knowing he had my back the entire time and didn't give up until I was an MCT. As the title says, the course delivers, in the end, what it promises. I printed the PDF so I could more easily follow the supplemental videos, take notes, and write out my own thoughts about topics.

You will hear throughout the videos that they are not a replacement for the course material. This is true. To pass the final exam, you only need to have studied the PDF. The videos may give you more insight into the industry from the perspective of someone who has 'been there, done that' which can be helpful.

I passed the exam the first try and within 24 hours was activated by Microsoft. In the end, that's what counts, so small annoyances can be overlooked. In the end, you get what you came for. MCT.

Fourth Dimension Technologies, Inc has a place for everyone who wants to obtain instructional skills for MCT, especially if you have a busy schedule and are looking for a flexible option.

I took the MCT certification - self paced course which best suit my learning needs and time constraints. FDtec was quick to response to my queries and resolve issues downloading materials - despite our timezone differences. The course comes with videos and documentation. I mainly use the documentation to prepare for the assessment. The videos were quite lengthy but I was able to forward to key areas that I need clarification on.

The advertisement gave me the impression that I will be guided through MCT certification and then obtain the certificate when the course is complete. In essence the payment is only for Train-the-Trainer course.
