We were recommended Mark by our neighbour and are so pleased we found Feather and Grey. He’s done a great job of putting some smart shutters up for us, and also high quality blinds. He was very professional throughout. I’d highly suggest using Feather and Grey, and certainly will again in the future when needed.

From start to finish a very efficient process with good communication throughout. Shutters and installation completed to an excellent standard. The whole team was professional, polite and friendly to deal with. Can't fault the shutters or the company.

I decided to use feather & Grey as my father had previously had shutters from F&G . Knowing the quality and install I knew they would not let be down. Price was on point and the agreed timescale of manufacture was spot on. Having 16 shutters fitted over 2 days and French doors Securty film the whole process was proffessional , clean , tidy with exceptional attention to detail whereby trims and mastic beading made it look amazing . Coming from me being in the building industry that says a lot. Can not fault F&G in anyway .ALL packaging taken away and not a fingerprint left anywhere as if they had been magically installed ! A pleasure to deal with from start to finish , Mark was on on time , polite , and explained prices and styles , we had a Roman blind fitted to one bedroom and beautiful shutters fitted to the main bedroom. We first hired Feather and Grey Interiors to install some curtains, and I was immediately impressed by the wide variety and quality of fabrics available. The end result was so beautiful that I didn’t hesitate to go back to them for shutters in our home.

Throughout the whole process, communication was excellent. Mark even made the effort to drive all the way from St Albans to our home in South West London so I could have a second look at colours—something that really shows the level of care and attention they put into their work. The shutters were installed with the same precision and care, and we were once again blown away by both the quality of the product and the finish.

When it came time to install an awning, it was an obvious choice to ask Mark, and he once again delivered outstanding service and an incredible result.

Wonderful, wonderful company, I could not be happier. Mark has installed shutters in my bathrooms and electric blinds on all of the other windows in my house. Everything looks beautiful and functions very well -- aesthetically the blinds/shutters have made my house look polished and functionally they are perfect. The electric blinds are surprisingly fun to use, my husband said they are by far his favourite purchase for our house in the last 6 years.

Mark and Kirstie are lovely to work with, they are not only extremely professional but they are kind human beings as well. Genuinely good people. We had a nightmare renovation that went over schedule by a year due to various issues, and Mark and Kirstie were extremely patient and stored our blinds for us until we were ready. They never made us feel bad about the delay which took a load of pressure off of us. They helped us in more ways than one, and we are incredibly grateful.

The installation itself was also very smooth and quick. Mark works quickly and he treats your home with care. For instance, he removed his shoes in my home without me even asking him to, which was incredibly thoughtful, and he cleaned up and left my home tidy when he was finished.

I cannot recommend Feather & Grey highly enough. The quality of their product and their customer service could not get any better. These are the kinds of businesses the UK needs more of. After our horrible renovation they have restored our faith in humans again. If you need blinds, don't even bother getting quotes from anywhere else just go with Feather & Grey.

Mark and the team at Feather and Grey recently installed shutters for us in our two main bedrooms as well as our living room bay window.

I honestly can't sing their praises highly enough. From Marks initial visit to discuss options, colours and shutter styles, the updates as the order progressed, and finally the actual installation... It really couldn't have been a smoother process.

Mark and the team were absolutely brilliant. The installation was so fast it was hard to believe how quickly the transformation to our house took place!

Definitely a 10/10 experience and have already recommended the company to friends!!
