More than 6 months after placing order, we still do not have our bedroom curtains. Repeated excuses and now will not respond.
We also had to stop videos being taken in our house.
Not recommended. Totally unreliable.

I am in love with my new shutters! I had shutters put in all of the windows at the front of my house including a large square bay window and they look amazing both inside and outside!

When initially looking at companies Mark was great at advising me of my options (who knew there were so many) and he helped me pick the perfect shutters for my new house. The communication was great giving me updates on once the shutters had been manufactured and when they would be ready to install. On installation Mark was personable and professional and he left my house spotless.

I would recommend Feather and Grey to anyone!

We're really pleased with our new tier on tier shutters! Mark came up with a tri-fold design that was perfect for our large windows and wasn't offered by the other 3 companies who quoted. They were also perfectly fitted and we're very happy with the quality, including the hidden hinges and hidden mechanism we wanted. All for a competitive price.
