Extremely helpful personalized service. The only confusion happened when our loan got sold before we could sign the papers which caused a little hiccup.

Charlie made sure to do an accurate accounting of everything from the start such that there were no surprises at closing and even the amount required at closing was less than the original estimate. He responded quickly, is available on nights and weekends and is always ready to answer questions as you go through the home buying process. I highly recommend Charlie to any interested home buyer.
