Best cleaning service in Chicago
Responsible, honest, on-time and loyal workers. Perfect cleaning service. I can’t always put my clothes away right away so having such a great fold keeps my clothes wrinkle free.

Best laundry service.
The mother and daughter team are warm and compassionate ladies. They go above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend Felt Services over anyone else. You can't go wrong. They have my loyalty for life. No need to go anywhere else. 😊

Excellent response, quality service
Felt did a great job of responding very quickly to my request for services. They scheduled the next day, picked up on time and provided same-day service. They also realized I had some experienced some health issues and demonstrated compassion and empathy. This goes a long way. I highly recommend them.

I have been using their services for well over a year now and there are few service companies in this world that I would recommend higher, absolutely the best! Seamless pickup and delivery, my clothes are always clean, fresh and neatly folded.
