Like others, ordered, no tracking given. Emailed them 3 times, no response. Phone lines down. Have issued a dispute with my banking hoping to get the money back. Had used them years ago without issue but DO NOT RECOMMEND now.

I ordered a product three weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. The company is non-contactable via email or phone. I have lodged a claim through my bank and am waiting to find out if I’ll get my money returned.
As a separate issue I have just had an attempted fraudulent transaction for $8000 on the credit card I used. The bank picked it up as fraud, blocked it and cancelled my credit card. I can’t be certain the 2 experiences are linked, but it is very suspicious as this is my only recent online transaction through a new website.

Really disappointed that I have not received the order placed over 2 months and I have not received a response to any of my emails. I have previously ordered through Femplay and had a good experience but after this, I will not be purchasing through them again.

Zero communication. Over 2 weeks no order progress, want the order cancelled as it's a joke and I'll refuse the product sending it back even if it is sent. Still zero reply. Never touching this company again! Will remove this bad review if given a refund asap

I have finaly received my order. Did not get any notification that it was on its way. Received about 1 week after it was placed. Could not phone them as they had phone problems. I've sent 2 emails but did not receive a response.
Butt i have to say ny Item arrived in good order. Thank you

Ordered $300 worth of goods, said will be shipped out following day with shipping details- that never came through. Tried reaching out, no response.

I have used this company 10 years ago and was good, but now seems like a different story.

Not sure how this site hasn't been taken down yet! Its unacceptable to be taking money and not delivering services with 0 communication.

Ordered a present for a friend on the 10th Dec. Still haven't received parcel .will not return emails .phones don't work .

Update, I eventually did receive my order, about 3 weeks later, no emails or updates from the company.
I never received my purchase and the company does not respond to my emails.

Same as others - the website is a con. Takes orders and never supplies. No email to record transaction. Prices too good to be true - because its fake.

Update. 3/12/25. After lodging a complaint with ASIC and ASD as well as starting a recovery through my bank, I was surprised to find a package containing the order at my front door today. Still no communication and to much going on to trust this supplier again. Had she emailed me it might be a different story.

Order placed and payment taken the following morning at 07:05 for $173.97
Like all the other complaints, nothing received, phones disconnected and no response to multiple emails.
Police report will be lodged today

Three items followed up six times over 5 weeks by email, zero response. Probably doesn't exist. Telephone number is silent, zero dial tone.
This site behaves like a scam, smells like a scam and highly likely is a scam.

Placed an order at the start of the month, no contact, sent multple emails and still nothing, havent received my product or any email response or phone call back, seems to be more of a scam than actually providing a proper service.

Yeh don't purchase anything from this company.
I cannot believe that a business like this is still running and isn't shut down for the lack of service and not delivering purchased products to the customers.

Two orders were placed over two weeks ago. Nothing shipped, no responses to site-based messages or email, and they claim their phones are down. If this business is still operating, I suspect it is doing so while insolvent. A lot of other customers seem to be having the same experience. Their ABN is 16 137 492 936. The principal business holder is evidently LEA-ANNE TREVILLION. They are at UNIT 1 10 SMALLWOOD STREET UNDERWOOD, QUEENSLAND, 4119 Australia

I haven't recieved my order.
No reply to multiple emails
No phone contact.
It appears I'm not the only person being ripped off.

Never received my order. Tried emailing and received no reply. Tried calling but the call could not be connected. I have requested a refund from my bank as they still took the money and sent me a confirmation email.

Same as others recently. Ordered a product. Recieved one email saying they would send next business day and send tracking info. Then I was ghosted. no reply to two emails, no reply to using the contact page, their phone is disconnected. Product not received. Please avoid.

Exactly as others have described in the last few months. I've purchased through Femplay before and never had issues with their service, so only discovered other customers' recent feedback after placing an order. Said order totalled $108; no tracking details were ever sent but the $18 item arrived in a reasonable time frame. The $90 item was nowehere to be seen. Sent a polite email that same day (3.5 business days after placing order) and then tried reaching out via their website two days after that. Tried one final email at the conclusion of the 6th business day - all communications were completely ignored. Today marks 10 business days since the order and I'm extremely fed up having tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Phone number is disconnected, all social media accounts are defunct and short of snail mail there appears to be no other way to reach out to Femplay. I'll be contacting the ACCC and my bank and also looking into media options in an effort to get the website/"business" shut down. Even if I end up out of pocket hopefully others can avoid falling into the same trap.

I made a 169$ order approximately 5 weeks ago and after 5 attempts to contact this business I have neither received a single piece of communication nor have I received my order or a refund for my order practically just stole my money and left me in the dark. I will be contacting the ACCC because this was well over 5 weeks ago.
Not a single email in response absolutely disgusting I will never shop here again anyone reading this forget purchasing from here go to wild secrets instead, good products, great prices and an organisation that communicates with you instead of stealing your money. Thank you for nothing femplay
