I highly recommend the Fen Mobility Centre. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Sara was a great help when we were looking to buy a bed for my daughter. She listened to our requirements and helped us decide on the best one. Excellent, professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. Thank you!!

I reviewed this business when first visited to arrange for a service & repair of my mobility scooter and was delighted by the professionalism & friendliness. I have since been reunited with my scooter having had the work done to a high standard. I was also kept informed on progress and the faults found. The work was completed quickly. To ensure I got my scooter back without delay the mechanic returned to work on a Saturday morning when not due to work without being asked. This is dedication for which I thank them.
I am very impressed by ths business and will certainly return to them again.

I had brought in a secondhand walker I’d had for a couple of years.
Tried to fix my problem by raising the handles which helped.
Unfortunately the seat was broken’ unable to fix it. It was well worn & the bag under the seat.
We discussed the price of replacement and fitting.
I was shown a model the same as the one I had & we discussed a slightly different model.
They couldn’t find one & we discussed giving me a call when one came in so I had options.
Just by accident they found one in a box that needed making up.
It didn’t take long to put it together.
We discussed the differences between my one, a different one & the one just put together & practicalities.
I tried them out in the showroom.
I chose the one that had been assessed.
It felt right, lighter & also fits better in the boot of my car.
There was no pressure, allowed time & friendly.
Helped me to the car as I had old & new one to take away.

We visited Fen Mobility on 25.07.26 to buy a lightweight wheelchair for my mum to use whilst she waits for hip replacements. The staff were extremely helpful and mum is very pleased with her purchase and looking forward to getting out and about again. Thank you all again.

After quite a long search and some less-than-great experiences elsewhere, we visited Fen Mobility Centre last Saturday with my Dad to find a specific wheelchair he has needed for sometime. It was such a pleasure - everyone there was so polite and patient with both my Dad and the rest of us. The staff took the time to make sure my Dad was getting exactly the right wheelchair before we moved forward, and they gave us all the information we needed. After all this time, we have finally been able to purchase his wheelchair, which will really improve his quality of life. Thank you Sara and the whole wonderful team. I would definitely recommend you to others.

I hired a mobility scooter from them last week. Friendly and helpful staff. They have several so were the only place that had any which got me out of a bind when my power chair broke. The scooter was really good and easy to put together and disassemble. Also not too heavy.

Mum wanted a walker with a seat. I took her to Fen Mobility to choose one of theirs. It proved a marathon task, mum couldn’t make up her mind.
The staff were so patient with her. They took her through each and every style and function. Finally, a decision was reached and she made a purchase.
I am so grateful to all the staff at FM. One could not have wanted more. Highly recommended!

Fabulous ladies I had the please of talking to, they were extremely knowledgable and answered all my queries. Was very easy to book and collect the scooter for the weekend. It was a godsend for my hip and leg around the Zoo. Great that it comes in 5 parts, which made it very easy to put in my boot and I was able to lift all components when dismantled. I would highly recommend for hiring.

I took my elderly mother to the Fen Mobility centre as she had recently injured her back and needed a Rollator so she could get back out and about again.
On arrival we were greeted by the staff and it was a lady called Jo who showed us the selection of Rollators in stock and went on to demonstrate with my mum several models before she choose one which was both suitable and she was happy with.
Jo couldn’t have been more helpful and there was no pressure at all. We found that the experience was top notch.

Very helpful staff with excellent knowledge of all products

We had a great experience when we visited the Fen Mobility Centre for my elderly parent’s needs.
The staff were excellent particularly Sonia who was very professional, understanding and caring when we took my Mum to look at a wheelie trike and two motorised chairs for their home.
No matter how long it took, the staff who were fabulous gave us all of their time to get things just right for my parents who are extremely pleased with everything and mum would be more than happy to visit again for future needs.

Fen Mobility Centre Ely couldn’t have been more helpful when I needed to hire a wheelchair for one day.
I was able to pick up the day before at excellent price. Great service lovely people. Would recommend.

Visited fen mobility center to day and was pleasantly greeted by ladies in store who helped me code and decide on a Rollator to help me with balance and walking after my stroke . They explained throughly and showed me with much patience how to use the equipment and helped me decide on best option , thinking of purchasing a fold up scooter in near future so definitely be back . Thank you all

VERY helpful. Visited Saturday with my Dad as Mum would be coming home on Sunday after her 8th hip replacement, we'd purchased a leg extender for her wheelchair some years ago from FMC and was hoping to get the same for the other side, lovely lady knew exactly what we needed and managed to track down a second one they had in stock and did us a great price. Excellent customer service with a great range of products.

I have made 2 recent trips to Fen Mobility and both times I have been greeted with enthusiasm and professional knowledge. Sara and Sonia have each provided all the help needed for my mum to make an informed choice on scooters. Being able to test drive and practise taking them apart was invaluable. Visited to look at wheelchairs and rollators. Jo was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. She listened to our requirements and showed us different models and encouraged us to try them out. I found the showroom quite a relaxing place and enjoyed looking at everything. I am looking forward to returning soon to look at the chairs. Very happy with the wheelchair purchase, good quality, comfortable and just what we’re after. Highly recommend a visit.

Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely people who work front of house. Top marks also to Kevin and Dave who treat my dad with respect when they pick up his mobility scooter for repairs.
