Fenrir Canine Leaders Avis 467

I ordered a large faux fur throw from Fenrir and although it is a nice product it arrived with a couple of green stains on it. I contacted customer services and they asked me to send it back for an exchange and offered to cover postage cost later if I send a receipt. I emailed the photo of the postage receipt on the 11th March and still didn't get a refund and no answer to my emails.

I have a new Aussie pup. And Will’s videos have been so beneficial and informative. The items I purchased are top quality, and the heel walking leash seems like it was literally made for my little guy. Great company and people. I’ll be a lifelong customer.

I ordered a dog slip collar paid £7 for express delivery the product has not arrived. After sending 3 emails to company all of which had been ignored
I purchased the same product from amazon and it was delivered in less than 24hr. I requested a refund and initially had no response. Since posting this review I have received an apology and full refund so I have change my rating to 3 stars

Really enjoy using the slip lead, it stays put on the dog and communicates clearly loose lead walking, which I train dogs to do. The long line slip lead is great, it gives one the ability to train from a distance and still have the necessary control over the dog.

Shipping was fast and the slip leash works really well. I'm training a German Shepard puppy to be a therapy dog and she responds great to the neck pressure.

The order was sent in a timely manner and my pup just loves the Thor hammer and I really like the leash

The dog toys are excellent quality. Even the stuffed dog won't be able to be torn apart easily. I wish more was available to the American amazon store, perhaps at a later time.

The hammer is just as described and it is reasonably priced I bought one 5 years ago I would highly recommend this to my friends 🧡

I was gifted the fenrir hammer in large for my dog and then when the items went on sale, i ordered more as my dog loved the hammer so much.

Very good products, last longer than other toys we buy, not as long as we wish but longer than usual. Our dog is a destroyer and find it hard to get toys to last longer than a day.
The hammer has lasted us since Christmas, the handle is gone but the treat dispenser part is very much still thriving!

I bought a number of the products and love them but the store is constantly out of stock now and it feels like it’s just being run out of business.

I cannot get new collars, leads or harnesses so now I found a set of quality products I liked I now cannot rebuy them

I was so deeply disappointed as my 7 month old golden retriever started nibbling pieces off as soon as it arrived so we can’t use it. I felt even more fed up when I straightaway wrote a message to complain and didn’t receive a reply of any sort. As a member of the Will Atherton puppy training gang, I can’t tell you how sad that made me.

There were a couple of items I wanted to order but have been out of stock.

My one year old female black lab destroyed the hammer in 2 hrs. She could ingest the plastic and get blockage easily with how the rubber fell apart. The concept is amazing but the design needs work.
