Purchasing is easy
The website is easy to use. Once I had made my decision on a product I wanted extra information; I rang the sales team. They answered promptly, I was able to understand them easily and they helped me with my enquiry straight away.

I found my delivery arrived on time, and in great order. I also found the staff I delt with very helpful. I would also like to thank Fernland for listening to our trouble we had with the last pallet of 60/40 blocks we received. They were terrible, I can say this pallet was great, and I have had no trouble. Thank you again and I look forward to my next order.

nursery levy
I quoted on product, the quote did not show a nursery levy. I raised the order, I sent the order. At no stage did you inform me of a levy charge until the invoice came. Now I have to amend it, wait for approval, and then I can process the invoice, costing me more time, and causing delays in your payment. Very unprofessional.
