It takes way too long to get it. You gave me the tracking number when it shipped, but when I emailed about where my order was at, you give me a different tracking number and website. This is my third order with one of your many different companies names. Each time it is the same issue. Each time it was the same, almost over month to get it.

Ordering was easy.

Best for removing undercoat on my golden doodle. I was blown away by how much hair it was removing. Best brush ever

I don’t think either using it wrong or my dogs hair was too thick . If I would only had that I’d still be using it

My dog grooming tool finally arrived, and my dog and I love it… works well, but it took a long time to arrive after ordering.

If I could put no stars I would! Just fell for their sales scam last night on Facebook. Stay away from this company. I tried very nicely to cancel my order 5 minutes after I placed it in the middle of the night and they told me that it was too late and already being shipped. A day later I still don’t have any shipping confirmation so that’s a lie. Then when I went to check my PayPal the amount they charged my PayPal account was higher than the invoice they sent me and did it without my approval. When I told them they didn’t even credit me!

I purchased two tops from them. The sizing did not match their size chart, the thumb holes are way too small and one thumb hole was not sewn.

I requested a return with refund and they offered to replace one of the tops even though both have issues.

Then they offered me $13 on a $56 purchase. They do not honor their return policy which I followed letting them know as soon as I received the tops that they were not right. I told them the fit was off, the fabric was odd and the thumb holes too small for comfort.

I do not recommend purchasing from them.

This is a disgusting company and should be avoided at all costs. I spent $170 on some pool lights, which took three + months to arrive but finally did after having to contact them at least six times. The lights worked for a brief period but are total junk, I’ve grown to find out. When I contacted them, to tell them about non functional items,they asked for pics of products but then had the audacity to say the damage(no product damage was done) happened after 15 days and they offered me $11 in compensation. I hope this review helps you avoid this pathetic excuse for a company 🙏‼️

This product is Crap. I ordered this in June shipped from Spain, just got it in August from China. The first shipment was lost and the second just arrived. Supposed to stay lit for 4 hours doesn't stay for more than an hour if your lucky. Save your money with this sham. Asked for a refund got NADA. The solar light does not charge

I made a purchase on May 9, 2025, I never received a tracking number and never received the order. I am furious…can someone please advise….

I also fell for the solar pool light scam. It's been nearly 2 months, fake tracking updates, no response from the company on inquiries.

This company is a total scam. Do not order from this company. They never respond to inquiries. My poolside lights were ordered back in May. Lights never arrived and the tracking app is bogus.

It has been over a month and they can't even supply me with accurate tracking information that isn't less than 5 days old. They give a US address and promise prompt delivery but my item started out in Italy. Their customer service is a joke. They just keep telling you to be patient. Do not waste your money or your time ordering anything from this company.

I ordered a poolside Solar light on jun 18th 25 for $55.27. This has been in shipping process for over a month ! I can almost guarantee every one I’ll never see it! I have emailed their customer support waiting for the same reply everyone else’s have got ! Still in shipping like most I think this is a scam and the sellers needs to be shut down Now !!

Ordered a Pool Solar light 2 months ago. We made several (7) attempts through email to find out where it is. Last tracking record entered was four weeks ago. We get the same response: Shipping agent says it's still in Transit, placed urgent update on Tracking Logistic. We ask specific questions as to who carrier is and where the product is. We get the same generic response. Asked for Refund, their response is Shipping agent says it's in transit, sorry for inconvenience.

Ordered a solar pool light over six weeks ago. Got various emails about tracking. Has been on transit in US for 10 days now. I ve emailed to see where the package is. Feels like a scam :(

Don’t do it. Ordered a pool light over a month ago. If I knew it was coming from Croatia I would have never ordered it. Shame on me. Could have had this weeks ago from Amazon….

I ordered a product from this company for approximately. $52.00 once I submitted payment, they charged me another charge of approx. 19.00, saying $16.00 was sales tax. I tried to cancel it immediately, and they said it's too late, it's been shipped. BEWARE

I made a purchase of dwarf grass seed the first week of this month, March 2025 , and have yet received it. I paid for it $71.98, and never received a an invoice t my email or message to my phone. both products have definitely exceeded my expectations. the design is quite appealing. Highly recommended.
