Every time they try to deliver on days no one is at home, there is no option to specify a day. Now the package is being returned to sender.

There's no way to contact support, I get an automated response no matter what I try.

This company have the most stupidest delivery drivers everrr. My parcel was left outside my place of employment which is a school. The school was closed for the day and still the driver left my parcel beside a letter box after hours. Yes behind a fence which can be easily climbed by whom ever. The driver took a picture and sent in an email. The letter box is Over 100m from the front entrance and can not be seen from the school admin block. I arrive extra early at work praying my parcel is still there, and of course it’s not. Oh and it was a rainy day and rained all night. I have never ever had this done to me before. Why couldn’t the driver put a note in the letterbox to say he couldn’t deliver and could I go pick up parcel at a certain place. Really disappointed/frustrated/angry. I paid SHEIN $71 for my order. The worst is I can’t even contact this company.

What the actual f—k? They stuffed a HUGE package in my small mail box, the lid of the mailbox was completely upright and the package was just out in the open. It could have easily been stolen or got rained on and there was no way I was able to receive other mail today because of this. We have a courier box by our gate, and the gate was open so it could have gone on the front step too. I’ve never had a package delivered like this. What a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Never did I receive my parcel. Had no idea it had been delivered. No response. Tell me to ask my neighbours… I live on big land. No neighbour to ask. This is a SCAM to get money!! Don’t trust.

Package dumped on foot path in public traffic area, out the front of units. Lucky it was still there.
FH can packages be left in a safe place???

The worst delivery service ever they said they delivered it and they did but not to my address and lucky it was left on my neighbours letter box but a stupid place to put it was delivered sometime late at night lucky for me it wasn't stolen by anyone it should be left at front door in a safe place with all the thieves there are and took a photo of it at neighbours left it in the rain so hopeless

Pkg clearly shows the correct address, 13C. The photo sent clearly shows where the pkg was actually left was at 13D. This is the wrong address. My correct address is placed by the door in 4" black letters, I also put a sign hanging from the wrought iron railing which reads 'This is 13C' with an arrow. Guess the delivery person needs glasses. The person at that addressed took in the pkg.

I received a message that my order has been delivered. However I did not receive my order.

Extremely slow.
Left parcel at front door without bothering to knock when it eventually arrived, at least a week after the expected delivery date.
Boxes quite damaged.

False company. Cannot contact anyone. Their website is vague with very little information on it. Appears to be a scam that just takes peoples money and parcels. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! do not use any online store that delivers through this con company! it is complete scam!

The delivery man did not ring in the house, he left my package in the mailbox and behind him a homeless person entered and stole my package.

The delivery guy said he delivered the parcel and sent me photo of the unit but there was no any parcel out there. So, [Muhammad Ahad Fiaz) was my delivery guy so I need the parcel any how if not I need refund
