On Friday July 12th, we did reply to your email after you let us know which seat cover this was referring to, and we haven't heard back. Please check your email and let us know! Also, was there an issue with the installation? Were the threads coming out when we installed it?

Your website was unclear causing my…
Your website was unclear causing my wife to order Tesla model 3 seat covers instead of model Y seat covers. It cost me over $100 to ship the order back, and you refunded $205.51 instead of the full price of $258.73. This turned out to be a very expensive mistake so I will not be re-ordering with you.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that you've had this experience. Our listings are separate however, if you just search "Tesla", you will see the results for all. But when you click on the listing, it does show the name at the top of the page, very clearly. We also send two emails after you purchase, one with the confirmation, showing what item you ordered and the tracking email when it ships, also confirming the order. The reason why you weren't refunded part of your amount is because the other item on your order was not returned. Never got my order
Never got my order. Contacted FH auto. Told me to way 3-4 more business days for arrival. It’s been at least three weeks and nothing. Just contacted FH auto again to get a refund.

Seat Covers
Seat Covers are very good. But it would have been nice to have information on how to install the covers on the vehicle seats. None of your videos were similar to the seat covers that I had ordered.

Worked, barely.
Glad I found a seat cover for the on-the-shoulder seat belt for my f150, but it's short on the back, headrest hole had to be cut but not where they said to because it didn't line up. Quality is nice enough for the price, but fitment is subpar.
