My item was in the “label created”…
My item was in the “label created” status for 8 days until I had to contact them twice! They said they will ship me out a new item but still haven’t received a new confirmation or tacking ID. So frustrating

Hi Michelle. I'm so sorry you had this experience. As we explained in the chat, your package was shipped out from our facility and after contacting the carrier, they were unable to locate this. We truly apologize that this happened though. In the chat on Monday 4/22 we sent you the confirmation number for your new package: 2105087. On Tuesday 4/23, we sent you the tracking information (which I don't want to post here publicly). The tracking is showing it's departed from the UPS hub here in Secaucus, NJ (where we're located). So this is enroute. Perhaps you didn't see the response to the chats?
Unfortunately tracking issues do happen and we apologize that there was no update after 8 days. Had we known sooner, we would have followed up much quicker! But again, we're very sorry for this matter and are putting new processes in place so we can catch these issues sooner! I hope this helps to clarify the situation for you and you should receive your package very soon!

Fast shipping and good product, tough install
Fast shipping and good product. The directions for install were not great and the QR code on the directions does not work. One big piece is the rear bench cover straps need to go under the front support bar or they will block the seat from latching and break. I broke a plastic clip because it was located right where the support clicks into the rear bench. Some videos and tips for install would great. Especially the arm rest piece.

The headrest was plain black when it should have been black and red like the rest. there was NO opening for the above the shoulder the seat adjuster.

Regarding the absence of an opening above the shoulder for the seat adjuster, we would like to understand more about this issue. Based on what you've described, I'm guessing your car is a 2-door Jeep Wrangler, whereas our seat cover is designed for a 4-door model.
