Good looking quality covers
Quality seat covers delivered quite quickly. Regrettably shipping mislabel led to an anxious couple days. Love the blue! I wish there was a 4.5 as that would this rank.

Very Satisfied and Happy
I received my order for custom seat covers on a timely basis. They can be a little difficult to install by one person however I feel the design must be this way to get a good fit that doesn’t shift with normal use. I’m very happy with them. I ran into a slight problem and the company seemed more than willing to help. I would definitely order from them again.

The seat covers are great
The seat covers are great, but I paid extra for 3 day shipping and it took 2 weeks with no offer to reimburse me the extra cost for 3 day shipping. Not cool.

The shipping speed only refers to once it ships. The shipping you selected was FedEx Home Delivery, which is not an express service, 3Day service. You may have seen "3 business days" however, this is an estimated time for the delivery. I'm very sorry if this was not clearly stated and have notified our team of your concerns. We will reach out to you directly to further assist.

I actually had to return my seat…
I actually had to return my seat covers, which I loved, but they weren’t going to work out. Order process was simple, I received them quicker than I expected, and they were very gracious and straightforward during the return process. I will be shopping here again.

The material is nice but the color was off and there could have been better straps to hold the cover to the seats especially to the back seat covers.

I would give zero stars if I could. I received a rear seat cover with several pieces, and no installation instructions. The website also doesn’t have a video for my specific vehicle model, and no one answers the phone regardless of the time you call. Hell, my order didn’t even come with a packing slip, so even a return might turn out to be a process in itself. Never again.

I can’t get the rear seat covers to…
I received my order fast. Can’t get the rear seat covers to stick together but the front fit good.It wasn’t any instructions inside the box. I highly appreciated the free gift that was giving with my order.

The company is good and I got my order…
The company is good and I got my order quickly. The product does not fit my vehicle very well. When I ordered I specifically searched for the year, make and model that I have and the product I ordered and received does not work. After watching the suggested installation videos it seems that they are only for 2016 and newer models and mine is 2010. I will have to return.

Too much baggage…
Minus one star for the NEW minimum of $100 for free shipping. Minus one star for the high shipping cost for items under $`100. And that is being generous.
I will probably NOT be buying any of your products in the future because of the above. ED
