Great quality products and amazing results on texture of skin !

Live the idea of the natural stuff so ordered sun cream! Ok if you are whiter than white or green or grey ? So ordered the tan tinted one , absolutely don’t if you have olive skin , its doesn’t look good, grey and poorly i look , ordered the nourish balm skin is now dry flaky make wont sit well and the company don’t want to know, i did have a speedy response but if you have opened it to try it, obviously we need to , then tough you have waisted your money!! Wont be ordering anything again as i have waisted now over £100 😩

I’m really happy with Fierce Nature. The products are beautifully made, feel natural and high quality, and you can tell there is a lot of care behind the brand. I love the whole concept and the results have been great. Customer service has also been lovely and professional. Definitely a brand I would recommend and will happily use again! 🌿✨

My mum has been a customer for years, but the new selling tactics have completely caught her off guard. Why is it that we always have to be on guard nowadays?
Fierce Nature has turned into another money grabbing company. Really disappointing and unethical, considering the customer base is likely not as quick and does not understand all the tricks of modern online shopping. She has now ordered a second bundle she does not need, simply because she did not understand that check out was completed and clicking the 'pay now' button triggered another transaction.

I cannot live without the magnesium balm - I sleep like an actual baby every night that I use it. The luxe face balm is incredible and my teenagers fine it very healing for acne breakouts. The unscented balm is perfect for when you need something as simple as possible on your skin but I adore the orange scented one. My husband travels a lot and takes the tallow soap/shampoo with him everywhere. He gets very dry on his scalp and face and this is really helping. I'd happily recommend fierce nature to anyone who will listen 💕

I am incredibly saddened to write this review. For nine months, I have been loyal to Fierce Nature, leaving five star reviews on multiple platforms and frequently recommending them to others. Frankly, no one does tallow quite like this brand; their balms are soft, rich, and carry a lovely mild, creamy scent that melts effortlessly into the skin without feeling heavy. Because I deeply appreciated their ethos, walking away from them now leaves me with a very heavy heart. However, it is clear the brand is suffering from serious organisational growing pains, resulting in operational failures that no longer align with my health values or basic safety standards.

The Key Issues With My Recent Order:

• Packaging Changes: I was deeply disappointed to see the new Nourish Balm delivered in a plastic tub. For a business that actively campaigns against petrochemicals, it is highly contradictory to package lipid-heavy fats in materials that leach microplastics into the product.

• Ingredient Discrepancies: I ordered the Vanilla Bean Nourish Balm because it was explicitly advertised online as being blended with skin-safe jojoba oil. However, the physical label on the tub I received listed Olive Fruit Oil instead. What I suspect has happened is an internal administrative error, where someone has mistakenly uploaded the ingredient list for the Unscented Nourish Balm onto the web pages for both the Vanilla Bean and Sweet Orange variations. This is an incredibly easy mistake to remedy, yet I invested five days trying to resolve this, with no result. I found this concerning. 

• Poor Customer Service: Instead of the proactive care I expected, I was met with days of silence, followed by a defensive refusal to acknowledge the error.  In a shocking oversight, the support team emailed me a screenshot of the ingredients listed on the Vanilla Bean Nourish Balm's product page to "prove" their point and this specified Jojoba Seed Oil—directly contradicting the olive oil printed on the tub in my hands. Even a direct escalation email to the company founder, requesting a returns label, refund and website correction was completely ignored. 

Supportive Guidance for Reactive Skin

For those with sensitive skin, please double-check product ingredients as discrepancies may pose unexpected health risks.  While olive oil works as a moisturiser for many people, its drying, barrier-disrupting, and sensitising effects have been documented in clinical studies. Having previously suffered a severe eczema flare-up from an olive oil tallow blend, I knew never to purchase that combination again, making this product entirely unsuitable for my face or body. Looking closer at the brand, it is worth guiding people to carefully review some of the brands formulation choices—such as the use of olive oil and raw honey in their wound balm—alongside social media posts recommending this product for babies with eczema.

Final Thoughts     

It is deeply ironic that a health-focused brand would compromise a customer's skin health through a simple website error, and then choose to stonewall them rather than fix it. I encourage Fierce Nature to ensure their advertised ingredients align with those on product labels to ensure they meet the legal requirement to provide goods that are "as described." They should also provide prepaid returns labels and provide refunds for customers who are affected by discrepancies .  

I recognise that the brand has grown fast. If they want to survive in the current economic climate, they must drastically up their customer service game. I truly hope that they will do that and thrive. 

If anyone else experiences similar issues, I strongly recommend that you contact your bank immediately to dispute the charge and lodge a formal report with Trading Standards. For others with dry or sensitive skin types looking for safe, transparent alternatives in glass packaging, I highly recommend looking into cleaner, olive-oil-free brands like TallowBeauty Co, Flo, or Remnant Beauty. Please protect your skin and double-check your labels.

The ultimate healthy skin care regime!
Ive been using their tallow face bars, tallow face moisturiser, tallow body cream for over 1 years and I won't ever use anything else now. For years I was using products that had 100s of "ingredients" basically chemicals that really are not good for us!
Ive been waiting patiently for something to replace my foundation and they now have tinted tallow! Its a game changer! I really cant recommend these products enough amd ive already converted several friends!

Luxe Face Balm.
I’ve been using this for a few months now and my skin has never felt so hydrated. The healing nature of this balm has massively improved my grandsons skin - he’s just approaching adolescence and spots round his nose have cleared up over about three days of use. He likes the smell too. Happy grandma and grandson!

I absolutely love Fierce Nature, my skin has never been softer. I thought I'd try the skin tint and wow, my skin looks amazing, soft, dewy and a lovely natural warm colour. I've never used foundation but at 63 I now need some coverage and this skin tint is the perfect product, it covers my blemishes and red veins beautifully, leaving my skin looking very healthy and silky. I bought the magnesium balm in desperation as i have tried literally everything and nothing has really worked. With that in mind, i was fully expecting this product to be the same as all the others but i really was hopeful that it would actually help. And it has not disappointed!! I had the best sleep in i don't know how long on.. the first night using this!!

Is it worth the money? YES!!! I am now worried about it running out!!
