It was my first time ordering
It was my first time ordering. Placing my first order was very simple. No frills just basic questions on what you need. I like that you can buy all of your different size filters for your home and not have to buy a package of the same size. My order has not shipped yet, so I will be curious to see if they come damaged and also see the quality of the filter its self. But so far I am happy.

Prices were comparable to big box stores considering you are paying a few more bucks for convenience. Website ordering process was clunky but I assume that’s the last time I should have to do that for awhile.
