I haven’t gotten on update on my order in 7 days. I have tried contacting customer service but I just get a server error when I try.

Responding to the comment from Filtertime. I still haven’t received my shipment. I checked the address in the account. It is correct and tried to pull up the tracking shipping and it still doesn’t have an update.

And when I try to contact them it still shows an error.

On the website, need to make it clear on the initial page that the number of filters being ordered is a TOTAL number being ordered, and not the number of filters of a given size.

Very easy to order and I love that I don't have to worry about going out and purchasing every month. They come to my door.

They work great and I love how they will send to your home whenever you need

ordering was simple and easy! Filter was slightly damaged in shipping, but seems to fit ok still.

Just signed up, got a discount on first filter. The rest remains to be seen. So far so good.

Site is easy to use. We will see how the delivery goes and do another review. I chose 1 filter per month vs. Larger qty.

I did this to use the delivery as my prompt to change out the filter every month.

My longtime HVAC guy suggests lower cost higher flow filter changed more frequently vs. Higher priced less changing.

Always easy to order, I do appreciate the AMAZON shipping option. In the past, UPS/FEDEX always crushed or folded my filter and I would have to ask for a replacement. These came fast and with ZERO damage 👌 thanks!

I live 45 minutes away from a big box store and this makes it easier for me; I know it's time to replace when the new one shows up on the porch

I went through the process of putting in the measurements I need and the number of filters I want. I even did the PayPal pay thing and I don't think anything went through. I got booted out of the site and now I don't know if my order went in or not.
