Findallrentals.co.za does a beautiful job of finding all rentals. I dislike this website because I have to pay for being able to speak to landlords/agents.

Support vs the site experience
My rating is based purely on customer service and not the site experience. I spoke with Eliane who was absolutely great about my frustration with the site and finding related items from 2022 that have since been sold / rented. I only found that out after paying the trial fee which felt like a scam after needing contact details for the agents, landlords.... overall my experience with the site was disappointing but Eliane treated this matter with the respect and kindness that I needed so please give this lady a raise! She is a very good customer relations human, not many people can deal with other people. 10 out of 10 for her service ... 0 out of 10 for the site experience unfortunately 🙏

The experience is terrible
The experience is terrible, they don’t even have enough properties to search for, I cancelled the subscription immediately after the R19 for them to go and deduct R750 from my account is UNACCEPTABLE!!! A scam and I want my money back

Subscription money stolen from my account during trial period
I signed up for a trial period, but my account was deducted R750 during this period. I tried getting my money back but they said if I wanted to cancel the subscription, I should have cancelled it during days 3 or 4. But their fine print states that they will deduct R750 AFTER THE 7 DAYS. Yet on the morning of the 7th day at 06:33 am, they deducted the money from my account. I never had the opportunity to cancel. They had already set up the deduction the day before the trial ended. The guy I spoke to (Abhinav)would not escalate the matter, even though I showed him the screenshot of their own subscription info in fine print. Disgusting service, and terrible human beings to take people's money in cold blood!

I was robbed as many people are who use this. You start of by only paying 19 rand then randomly R750 gets taken from your account for services you did not use and when you request a refund you are told to wait for 3 business days for them to respond… the experience is terrible

My money was stolen from my account…
My money was stolen from my account without my consent, taking advantage of the fact that I paid with my card details for 24 hours and then the money was stolen from my account. I was not asked clearly before withdrawing the money whether I wanted a subscription or not, I was simply scammed. In addition, I do not know English and I could not understand all the scams you are doing.

Findallrentals is a scam
The fineprint is a trap. Paying a very small trial fee of R19 but then billing R750 automatically after the trial period should be illegal. The site is very poor with very few properties. Property 24 has way more options for free. Thisnis a scam.

Not even worth a one star
Not even worth a one star. This platform has not assisted me in anyway. I paid for a 7 day trail and within that 7days tried to get contact details for a landlord for a property i was looking at and it kept giving me a system error. No help from the support team and now they keep trying to debit my account for R750 which I dont understand because no where did I agree to this. Absolutely disappointed with this platform.
