Findallrentals.co.za does a beautiful job of finding all rentals. I dislike this website because I have to pay for being able to speak to landlords/agents.

Clear Subscription Trap
This platform’s billing practices are completely unacceptable and deeply misleading.
I signed up expecting to pay a once-off R19. Without any clear, prominent warning, that amount suddenly escalated to R750 per month. This was not transparently communicated at the point of sign-up, and burying such a massive price increase in terms and conditions is not acceptable.
I only discovered these deductions months later—after a significant amount of money had already been taken from my bank account. This is not just poor communication; it feels intentionally deceptive.
A company that operates this way shows a complete disregard for its customers and their finances. No reasonable person would knowingly agree to such a drastic charge without clear, upfront disclosure.
I have now cancelled the service and will be taking this matter further. I will also be reporting this to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I strongly warn others to avoid this platform and to carefully check their bank statements if they have ever interacted with it.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and financially damaging.

This company shows an R19 fee to disclose rental property... the property link is broken.
This company then debits your account for R750 per month indefinitely....

Needless to say,she explained fully how the plans work but exempted me from paying what I was supposed to pay.she paid attention to my situation and I am beyond grateful.

Deceptive charges – R19 trial turned into R750 subscription!”I signed up for a “trial” for R19 to…
I signed up for a “trial” for R19 to access landlord/agent contacts.
Shortly after, FindAllRentals (appearing as “RENTOLA* FINDALL” on my statement) charged R750 without my consent.
The company provides no clear way to cancel, and customer service is unresponsive.
I had to dispute the charge with my bank to try and recover the money with no luck.
This feels unfair and deceptive — be careful if you consider using this service.

I got scammed
I got scammed, what ever you do, do not sign up. You'll pay R19 and will suddenly have R750 taken from your account on the seventh day that was supposed to be part of the trial period. The don't make it clear that they will automatically take your money or how much they will take. Update: I have been constantly emailing them refusing to accept that they didn't steal my money, they got so tired of me they gave me a 50% "goodwill refund". If you got scammed like me, don't stop demanding a refund. New update: Dear findallrentals, just because you gave me 50% of my money back does not mean I am happy with the rest of my money being stolen. Nearly every single review states that you are scammers, maybe it's time to stop and see that you are the problem and everyone you have scammed knows it.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!!!
They steal your money without you signing up for a subscription. You pay a fee of R19 for a one-time option and the next thing, R750 is deducted from your account!! You can't even confirm if your account has been cancelled / deactivated. PLEASE DON'T USE THEIR "SERVICE"!!!

Site needs to be taken down
As stated with most of the other reviews. This site is a scam covered in a legitimate-looking skin. Most of the listings appearing at the top of the list are out of date with the site that the listing is taken from. R750 is a ridiculous subscription fee and that is why the amount is hidden in the terms and conditions rather than being clearly visible when signing up.

I was asked to pay R19 just to unlock access and connect with an owner for a rental enquiry. I went ahead and paid, only to find that they upgraded my account without my consent. No details were provided in their confirmation email, no proper explanation of what I was supposedly being “upgraded” to, and no clear way to contact them directly for assistance.
Just as another token to this lovely website – the very listing I enquired about turned out to be from a known scammer in the area. So much for their so-called “vetting process.”
This is misleading, unethical, and feels like a deliberate money trap. Instead of helping me connect with property owners, it left me out of pocket and frustrated. If a company has to trick people into hidden charges, ignore consent, and allow scammers to advertise freely, it’s not a legitimate service.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from Find All Rentals.
