Fineline Windows - Maidstone Avis 

We've recently had new windows and doors fitted and the service from the beginning to the end so far has been first class. Paul our salesman was professional from the beginning and the installation team , Jon and his son did a fantastic job at the installation. Including our partly blocked bathroom window.
We have an issue with the manufacture of some of the frames which is currently being looked into.

Both the Sales Rep and the Surveyor were timely, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, helpful and, importantly, patient.

My UPVC windows were installed by Fineline in February 2012 and with a life expectancy of 20/25 years. 1 year outside warranty issues with blown sealed units were raised with Fineline. On contacting the Company I was informed the business had 'merged' with AB Glass a Suffolk based company who supposedly installed the units. My complaint has been going on since without any reparations to replace. This is either a manufacturing or installation issue as these units should not have failed, what started as a couple has now increased to 10 panels blown. My contract was with Fineline and not AB Glass so surely they should have or accept some responsibility.

We found Scott the surveyor very helpful, informative and professional. Followed by Tony the fitter who was outstanding in working very hard to a very high standard overcoming any problems, always helpful, very clean and tidy. Dev the installation manager and Jamie the scaffolder kept us informed throughout. Thank you.

We had waited a number of years to have our original windows replaced. We contacted Fineline at Notcutts and we were visited by John the salesman he was very helpful and patient and helped us with our selection. We visited the showrooms to get a better understanding of the windows we had chosen and placed our orders.
We were then visited by Scott the surveyor who did a thorough job measuring and explaining what would happen with the manufacture and fitting of the windows. He contacted us regularly up to the fit date and organised the scaffolding to be erected.
On the fit day Tony our fitter arrived he took the time to talk us through the makeup of the windows and how they would be fitted. His workmanship and finish was excellent. He cleaned up thoroughly every day and the finished result was everything we wanted.
It was a great experience at every stage of the project. We would recommend the team at Fineline.

First time using Fineline and I cannot find fault. The windows are fantastic and from the Sales team at Maidstone (and Ipswich) to Dev at installations team and especially Paul, the window fitter, the service was the best.

The sales man who came and visited me after my phone call to your office was very professional and had with him a very comprehensive brochure. He talked me through all aspects enabling me to reach a choice.
The surveyor who came to measure the doorways arrived on time and again very professional.

Tony arrived at the arranged time and was polite and worked efficiently to install the door. Everything was clearly explained about the locking system and the area was left clean and tidy. Tony did an excellent job. Dev was also great at keeping us up to date with the whole process. They have been an excellent company to deal with and I would happily use them again and recommend them to others.

We received first class service from the salesman right through to the installation & customer services.
I could not fault our window fitters, Jon & Jackson ,who were punctual,hard working ,polite & produced a first class end product.
I am most impressed with the quality of the windows & the quick responses from Dev at customer services.
I would definitely recommend Fineline to anyone who is considering replacement windows.

Just had our new front door fitted by Marc and Nigel of Fineline. Very pleased with the workmanship and there professional manner. They both cleared up and left the area clean and tidy. Would use again and recommend.

Marc and Nigel were friendly, professional and worked hard, they fitted us with a brand new front door and entryway windows, they cleared up well after themselves and were very polite and courteous, they arrived early and worked hard to complete a big job in one day. The door looks great and they gave aftercare advice to ensure our new door looks great in the future.

This was our first experience of Fineline and we are so pleased we opted for this company for our new front door. From sales rep Michael, through to surveyor Scott and then on to installations administrator Dev and installers Nigel and Marc, the process was never pushy but rather helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

From our first contact with Fineline to replace three doors, to the fitting was very quick. The work was done very well despite adverse weather conditions. John and Jackson, and Marc and Nigel expert and tidy workers. Very happy clients, all our windows and doors are Fineline.

Visited the Maidstone branch today, looking to purchase a front door, spoke to Johnny who was very knowledgable and spent some time with us going through the various options. This was followed up by a home visit and we have placed an order. Johnny was very open and honest and offered advice where needed. I would recommend, we also went on recommendation from a family member.

Tony fitted a new window and door in our kitchen this week. The job was excellently done, Tony was tidy and professional. We are very happy with the outcome. The whole process from start to finish has been seamless and we would highly recommend.

Had an initial meeting with Michael at the showroom in Maidstone he was very knowledgeable and helpful with our queries. We then had a home visit from Johnny who we felt at ease with, and he didn't rush the process, as he listened to what we wanted and gave professional advice regarding what was suitable for our property prior to signing our agreement to proceed with our conservatory installation. We feel like he went that extra mile to get us the best deal possible.

Excellent experience from start to finish , from initial quote and final price with Jonny be good, to all the customer experience keeping up to date thanks dev for your speedy responses and finally Tony who installed our door he did a wonderful job , punctual , polite and tidy , our new door was fitted , definitely knows what he is doing with years of experience looks great , he also filled some blown plaster we had on the adjoining wall for us which was really great of him to do extra thanks so much 10/10 .
We definitely would recommend Fineline to anyone and use them again in the future
