She knew the third-party company that my new employer was working with and knew exactly which documents to include with my fingerprint cards. She even handled express shipping for me to ensure it would arrive there in just a few days. This saved me a trip back to the US, I’m so grateful for her service!

I needed to get my fingerprints taken for a PCC in South Africa so I went to Isle. She was very welcoming and friendly and assisted me quite quickly. In addition, she really is very knowledgeable about the whole PCC process in S.A and how to get this done while being so far away from there. I was quite worried because the Embassy was non-responsive. I am very glad to have found her because she gave me great advice and helped me out alot!
