If you want to do fingerprinting on FBI FD-258 form or other forms, she's the right professional. I had a really experience with her. She knows what she's doing, and helps you in the best possible way. She prepares all the forms upfront and you just need 15 min to go there and complete the signatures and fingerprinting.

Ms. Sloof conducts the fingerprinting here and she was direct, clear, efficient, and above all else, she was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I needed to get my fingerprints taken to send to the US for a job background check, and she had me in and out in minutes. This place is only one of 4 locations like it in Europe, so it was incredibly fortunate to be able to come to Hilversum to get this done without having to go back to the US to do it. There is a clear paper-trail with all that is done, and I will be sure to come back if I need my fingerprints taken and sent abroad again. This service, and this technician, are both highly recommended.

I have to get my fingerprints done for the first time for a US license application, and was totally clueless on how I can do it in NL. I highly recommend using this service. Ilse was incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. I needed to apply for a Identity History Summary Check for the United States I was having a lot of difficulty previously with the instructions sent by literal government institutions as they were out of date, convoluted, and incomplete. She made it so ridiculously easy, I could set up an appointment for the next day, was in and out of the office in less than 15 minutes in which she had everything ready to go and which she also sent and handled all the documents for me (something I also couldve done myself for a lower price if I wanted to).
