We have been using Fire Tech for over a year now and always been pleased with the work. They are accommodating and happy to do the service at a convenient time for us. Prices are competitive and agreed beforehand.

I have been in the Facilities Management business for 30 years and I have dealt with my fair share of contractors, good and bad, so I know what I'm talking about. I currently work at a very high end barristers chambers in the City of London, so whomever we use has to be able to provide the service accordingly and also to a very high standard.
Fire-Tech were a company I invited along to quote for a very substantial update of our entire security system, which included access management, CCTV installation, intruder alarms and monitoring, plus the maintenance of the system once installed. Of the 3 companies that quoted, I felt an instant liking for Tom, who runs Fire-Tech, and he submitted a quote that was very competitive. We chose Fire-Tech for the install and I am so glad we did, Tom and his guys were amazing!
They turned up earlier than they needed to, they stayed late when we needed things to be done to a deadline and they always kept me in the loop if things needed changing. Our building is fairly old and the system they installed is brand new, so the had to make a digital system work in an analogue building, and they did it amazingly.
As a result of how much we were impressed by Fire-Tech, we have now initiated another project for them in the coming months, and we will also be utilising the fire maintenance side of things when our current contract runs out.
I have no qualms or hesitation whatsoever about recommending them to anyone who is looking a for a trustworthy, reliable, friendly and professional company to carry out these sorts of works in your home or business.
