Fireplaces USA is the only website that gave me confidence in product dimensions. We had very specific dimensions to fill our old fireplace with an electric insert. The item arrived in perfect condition and fit perfectly. I relied on other reviews for quality and we have been extremely happy with this purchase. I will only be purchasing from them again. The glass face brackets came off easily, luckily the glass didn’t break! I need a replacement glass since the brackets are glued on.

They were very helpful and informative. I had to return the first fireplace I ordered and there was no chare to do so and they sent me a shipping label. I have the right one now, could not be happier. Great service!!!!

This is a beautiful fireplace! It fit perfectly with the dimensions sent! So very easy to install, it did take two men since I ordered a bigger one! We absolutely love it!

Awesome fire place, looks great in my spot, easy to hang, well made, nice assortment of flames and ember beds. When its chilly you can turn on the heater to heat up just that space

Sent damaged fireplace it was a real headache to resolve the matter and then they sent a second fireplace instead of just the damaged pieces to replace and expected us to hurry up and tear down the first fireplace and return when it took this company forever to respond to our damaged request. We ended up just using one side piece for repair because the matel piece was damaged worse than the first one and we didn’t want to go through the constant phone calls and being told she would get right back to me after she talked with her manager and never would call me back I was constantly calling to make sure they weren’t going to blow us off. These fireplaces are not cheap but this company treats you cheap so I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
