Kept in contact through delays
Due to the large amount of orders causing delays, the package took ages to arrive. I appreciated the updates, as without them I would have assumed it was just a scam until it showed up over a month later!

Good Service, Good Product
Item was shipped quickly. Works as well as the "name brand" but costs way less. It's a shame this item is no longer available on Amazon, but I am happy with the service and the item that I got directly from Firikshop.

FIRIK REFILLS FOR LITTER GENIE
I was hoping the refills would be of good quality, and they are. The material is strong and keeps odor under control. They're a great value for the money. I recommend them.

Right Price Wrong Fit
Product would have been good but the cartridge did not fit in my LITTER GENE XL. If it would have fit then I would have given it 5 stars because the price is right but the fit was wrong now I have to find a way to use these bags.

I used to buy the FIRIK litter genie…
I used to buy the FIRIK litter genie refill on Amazon and was disappointed to find it wasn't being offered anymore. Then I found it on the FIRIK website and was happy to order even though it was coming from overseas. With that in mind, I knew it would take longer to receive my product but was extremely happy that it took less than two weeks to receive the refill. I will be a repeat customer.

Good product for a good price! I appreciate that they were up front about longer shipping times due to issues with the US distributor and it needing to come from China. Will order from them again!

You need these refills!
These fit my litter genie perfectly! They are better priced and also longer per refill. Don’t waste your money on the expensive brand when this one is BETTER!
