The drivers were on time, they were professional and worked hard to help us move a large number of passengers quickly.
As the one who hired the bus all went well. It was very cold at the end of the night with no heat but it served the purpose for what we needed. Bus driver was wonderful! Thank you!!

We used First Charter Bus Rental for buses to transport all of our wedding guests after the reception. The buses arrived on time, the drivers were great, and the booking reservation experience was so easy.

This company is unreliable
This company is unreliable. First the bus never came for pick up and drop offs for wedding. I had guests stranded at hotel scurrying for rides to and from wedding. I had paid for two pickups from hotel to ceremony/venue. One bus showed up. But then tried to drop at wrong guest at wrong address! I tried calling several times during the nite with phone number provided from company. No one ever returned calls. At end of wedding. No buses showed up. I had two trips planned at end of nite. I had to find other means of transportation after the wedding for all the guests stranded. I would never use this company again. Nor would I recommend

Bus for wedding
As the one who hired the bus all went well. It was very cold at the end of the night with no heat but it served the purpose for what we needed. Bus driver was wonderful! Thank you!!

Bus driver was a disaster
The bus got lost between the first and second stop and has over 20 minutes late-the people I hired the bus to bring-half of them ended up taking ubers because they didn’t want to miss wedding- then when event ended the bus was at the far end of the parking lot and didn’t come to get us at the venue even though he saw all the cars leaving-was pouring rain and had to go get him and tell him to go pick up the rest of the people at the venue-he was terrible

BUSES NEVER RETURNED TO PICK UP GUESTS AT OUR WEDDING
My wife and I hired First Student to shuttle our guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night. After bringing the guests to the venue, all of the shuttles left and never returned. At the end of the night we had over 100 guests waiting outside for a ride home. We called several different phone numbers that were listed on the invoice an endless amount of times, but were unable to get a hold of anyone. Needless to say, it was a stressful ending to our wedding night. Wouldn't recommend this company.
